The Postcards for Mom Pranksters

Mom didn't get any mail yesterday. After the big day of 10 I guess there had to be a lull somewhere. I know mom is writing back to a lot of you. And she's working on the word searches, too. Has the whole pile of them next to her chair on the porch. She has all the letters and postcards together and shows anyone she can.
I'll update more when I hear about the mail...

Mom doesn't mention the mail every day. I don't want to ask too many questions or seem too interested in it, lest she think I am involved somehow. Yesterday was her busiest day so far - 10 pieces of mail. There was a postcard that asked "Are you still wearing your hair that groovy way I remember?". That was pretty funny. Over the weekend she got a multi-page letter describing a vacation to the Bahamas or somewhere. She said she felt like she was on the trip with the lady who wrote the letter.
There's been a lot o' cross mentioning of people - Liz especially. Lots of Hubert mentions, and she even got one from a lady and Hubert so a lot of things are coming together. She says she likes getting the letters now. She looks forward to getting the mail every day. She said she wonders what the mailmain is thinking.
Oooh - someone even mentioned my second cousin Shirley, so mom sent Shirl a letter talking about the mail and asking if she knows anything about it. I'm hoping that those of you mom wrote back to, will continue writing to her even after her tenure is done. She seems to like it. I think there's one person who hasn't written back yet. She's wondering where you are and why you're delaying! She wrote back to a couple more people yesterday.
As an aside...the most...interesting, letter came back from a Dr. Tim from Georgia. I haven't seen him write on the blog, so I don't know if he even reads the updates. If you do, could you maybe post or email me? I'd like to get in touch with you about your letters.
